The Nero staff (Gary, Waael, Clarice & Karis) at the Surbiton station are very freindly and helpful and always cheer you up in the morning. Great service , serving you your coffee as you board your train on time.

Wish I could give more stars for service. I don't like getting coffee from big chains but ALL the staff here are always amazing -Especially Waael (I hope I spelled that correctly!) - they always manage to give great and fast service, especially when a train is almost here. Thanks.

For such a tiny Nero, the staff here are great, always so friendly and can see how well they operate as a team. My train is at 6:28 and I know if I arrive at Nero at 6:26 I will get my coffee in time!

I always get a coffee at the station before working in Waterloo & the service is always amazing. Lovely staff, great coffee. Very speedy too.
